The one who is sincere is easy and carefree.
Contemplation:
The one who is sincere is enthusiastic and enthusiasm makes the
biggest obstacle look like a very tiny one. Sincerity makes us put in
our best and so we are able to understand and prioritize. So we are
able to be carefree about the consequences too. It also brings the
awareness that there's nothing that is difficult, so we can surely
achieve what we want to.
Application:
I should be able to change my consciousness in such a way that I am
prepared for all the difficulties that life brings. With sincerity I
need to give my best to the situation. Then I will neither have fear
nor will I worry. I will also be easy and carefree.
