Value:Sweetness

Sweetness is the ability to see the good in all things.

Contemplation:

Deep within each and every situation is something good.  It only takes
a little patience to look within and find it.  When we are able to
understand the secret behind what is happening, it automatically
brings sweetness in our lives.  Thus we will be able to spread this to
others too.

Application:

Whatever happens throughout the day, I should be able to see the good
in it. Even if I am not able to discover something good at that
moment, I should maintain the faith that whatever happens is for the best.

Tolerance enables one to learn from mistakes. Contemplation: When one is sure of what he is doing and he is in his stage of self-respect, criticism can be taken in the right way.  This will give the ability to look within when something goes wrong.  Instead of justifying mistakes there will be the ability to learn from them and improve. Application: When someone criticises me, I need to remind myself that I have something to learn from it.  Let me ask myself if there is at least a small aspect that I could learn from and incorporate in my life.  Let me take this aspect and leave the rest.
